Skylar Fragrances Review: Unpacking Clean and Eco-Friendly Scents

Ever since Skylar Fragrances made their debut at Sephora Canada, I've been looking forward to checking out their products. With their hypoallergenic formulations and a commitment to being both vegan and cruelty-free, Skylar Fragrances immediately caught my attention. The eco-friendly packaging is also an added bonus!

Skylar Scent Club:

I recently discovered the Skylar Scent Club, a monthly subscription priced at $20 USD. This subscription not only provides a monthly rollerball of your choice, it also offers a 20% discount on additional Skylar products you choose to include in your monthly box.

My First Scent Club Experience:

As a lover of gourmand and sweet fragrances, my choice for the first Skylar Scent Club box was Boardwalk Delight. This fragrance, with notes of pure vanilla, cotton candy, and coconut milk, became an immediate favorite. It delivered a beautiful, muted, and grown-up version of the nostalgic cotton candy body sprays from our childhood.

To my surprise, the subscription also included a couple of samples, allowing me to explore additional scents:

• Lime Sands: Featuring notes of lime, sea salt, and coconut water, this fragrance immediately reminded me of lime margaritas. While this isn't a fragrance I would personally wear, it's a fairly unisex scent and my boyfriend ended up really liking it!
  

• Peach Fields: With white peach, osmanthus, and sandalwood, this scent was a winner. Its sweet and peachy, and the sandalwood ended up being a really nice addition despite not typically enjoying woody fragrances. I could definitely see myself grabbing a full bottle of this in the future.

I am thoroughly impressed with my first impressions of Skylar Fragrances. No other fragrance brand I've encountered captures the 'Clean Girl' vibe quite like Skylar. Their unique selection of fragrances has me very excited to try more!
